It’s an absolute honor to be invited into your love story. I feel so humbled that you are considering me to document your wedding day and would be honored to help you preserve some of the most precious memories you will live through.

I know how important it is to find the perfect photographer who takes the time to get to know you and guide you through all of the little details. The fact is, you will spend more time with your photographer than your spouse on your wedding day. Make sure it’s someone you are comfortable with, so that you can relax and cherish every moment.

Once you submit your contact form, I will send over a wedding proposal that goes further into detail about what you can expect from me and the wedding collections you are interested in booking.

To get to know one another to ensure that I’m the best fit for you to capture your special day, we can chat over coffee or schedule. a face time meeting to get the excitement of it all rolling!

Next, should you decide that I am the best fit photographer to capture your day — you’ll complete the proposal by signing the contract and paying your deposit.

Once those have been completed, you are officially a Taylor Hubbs bride!

The day that you realize you are actually NOT awkward in front of the camera. I will guide you two throughout the entire process. My goal in this session is to help you get more comfortable in front of the camera, know what to expect when we photograph your wedding day, and it gives us the opportunity to get to know each other better!

Think of it as a low-key fun date night with me as your third wheel.

As your wedding day approaches, I send along a questionnaire to gather all the information needed to provide a seamless photo experience on your special day. I learn about your family, preferences, and all the special details unique to you and your wedding day.

Together, we put together a timeline to ensure that your day gives us the perfect amount of time in order for you to receive all the beautiful and timeless images you desire!

On your wedding day, we put all of our preparation and planning into action!! I am your go-to gal, and a peaceful presence in assuring your day runs as smooth as possible!

After your wedding day, you get a few sneak peeks to tide you over until the full gallery is delivered. Your photos are guaranteed to be delivered within 6-8 weeks after your wedding day, and each portion of your day is beautifully displayed online to share with your family and friends!

01how would you define your style?

 

I am a candid moment capturer who loves couples that embrace the chaos, love and jubilation that surrounds their wedding day. I edit in a true to color, vibrant style to create a classic image that will stand the test of time and trends.

02what equipment do you work with?

 

I shoot with a Nikon z6ii, Nikon d780, a Nikon 35 1.4, Nikon 58 1.4, Nikon 85 1.8, + a Sigma 105 2.8.

I utilize flash equipment when necessary indoors and at receptions. I have backups for my camera, lenses, and batteries. I shoot on a dual card system — aka your images are backed up in my camera to two memory cards at all times.

03how many images will i receive?

 

Typically for a 8 hour wedding day, I deliver anywhere from 500-700 images.

04do you travel?

 

Yes! 80 miles roundtrip from 70754 is included, after that there will be a small travel fee for other Louisiana locations.
